"Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself." A cogent piece of advice from George Bernard Shaw which has helped inspire the birth of TaxCrunch. As a CPA in the accounting world for 28 years now, I realized I needed to create my vision of the perfect CPA practice. Public accounting is a world full of deadlines, wrought with tension as we're dealing with real people, real problems - and real money. I've always enjoyed and thrived in situations that promoted thorough interaction with clients.  

TaxCrunch is not, and will never be a big box, retail, pop-up shop just interested in seasonally churning a high volume of tax returns. There is a legitimate market for those services, however, our firm seeks out individuals and businesses that want a personal touch - one that can only be created with the investment of time.

I've prepared over 10,000 tax returns in my career, yet I'll always be more impressed with client longevity - having a client trust me for 15-20 years is much more fulfilling than focusing on sheer volume.
